1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Postizy, you agree to these terms of use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the service. If you use Postizy on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.
2. Description of the service
Postizy is a tool that lets you plan, publish and analyze content across social networks from a single interface. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranty of uninterrupted or error-free availability.
3. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 16 years old to use Postizy. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, the confidentiality of your credentials, and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Connected social accounts
When you connect a social network, you authorize us to publish and retrieve data on your behalf via its official API. You remain responsible for complying with each platform’s terms and policies. Postizy is not responsible for API changes, rate limits, suspensions or publishing failures imposed by those platforms.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Postizy to distribute unlawful, deceptive, hateful or infringing content, to send spam, or to conduct any activity that violates the rules of the connected networks. We may suspend or terminate an account for breach.
6. Subscriptions, billing and refunds
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access remains active until the end of the current period. A full refund is available within 14 days of a first purchase by contacting hello@postizy.app.
7. Your content
You retain all rights to the content you create and publish through Postizy. You grant us a limited license, solely to operate the service (to store, process and transmit that content to the networks you choose). You warrant that you hold all rights necessary to distribute it.
8. Intellectual property
The Postizy software, brand and interface elements remain the property of us or our licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers any right in those elements to you, other than the right to use the service in accordance with these terms.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Postizy shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages, or for loss of data, revenue or missed posts arising from your use of the service, service interruptions, or malfunctions of a third-party network.
10. Termination
You may stop using Postizy and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or if your use may harm the service or other users.
11. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms. For significant changes, we will notify you by email or through the service. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
